Ah my! Who doesn’t love the absolutely delicious Italian risotto? I do and after many burnt attempts, my husband wisely decided to buy me a rice cooker which just happened to be the Rizo Rice Cooker, one of the most reputed brands in the market. Being user-friendly, it has even got through my thick skull and the best part - it has different menu settings, one especially for risotto. Now, I can proudly say that my risotto is as good as the Italian ‘nonna’s’ (well, almost!). I have a sneaking suspicion that my husband is more thankful for this Rizo Rice Cooker than me!
